What should I do if my address changes?

To ensure that our information and any payments reach you reliably, your home address must always be up to date. You are responsible for ensuring that your address data is correct. If you work for Swisscom, please report your change of address via your employer. Otherwise, please inform us of the change of address directly.

How can I report a change of address if I am employed?

If you work for Swisscom, your employer will regularly inform us of your current address. This means that you do not have to report your new address to comPlan, but to your employer:

  • Do you work at Swisscom and have access to Fiori? Then enter your new address in the tile "Manage addresses".

  • Do you work for localsearch? Then enter your new address in the myAbacus portal.

  • In all other cases: Report the new address to your HR contact person.

How can I report a change of address if I no longer work for Swisscom?

If you receive a pension or are voluntarily insured with comPlan, please notify comPlan of your new address directly. The easiest way to do this is to use the corresponding button in comPlan Online, via e-Mail oder via contact form on this website. Alternatively, you can inform us of your new address by post or by telephone.

Why does comPlan need to know my private address?

comPlan will inform you about important personal and general changes. You will often receive this information in electronic form, but sometimes also by post to your home address.

If you receive a pension from comPlan, your bank may return the pension payment to us if the address does not match. In addition, your place of residence may affect the amount of the pension payment because comPlan has to deduct a withholding tax from your pension.

Change of address checklist

  • I work for Swisscom and have reported my new address to my employer or entered it in Fiori/the myAbacus portal.
  • I receive a pension or am voluntarily insured with comPlan and have informed comPlan of my change of address via comPlan Online , via e-mail or via contact form.
